  • Fever Dream
Premiering on October 13th on Netflix This title for Claudia Llosa's latest feature serves a similar purpose, despite being a little misguided: though it has a hazy, sunstruck aura, this psychological thriller is more like waking nightmare rather than a fever dream. In this hallucinatory tale, love and fear in motherhood intertwine from the perspective of a woman. The mother of a young daughter named Nina spends the summer in a sleepy Argentine village. Amanda is constantly concerned about her daughter's wellbeing and calculates her "rescue distance" to safeguard her. However, things are not as they seem to be around her. The local boy named David attempts to interrogate Amanda, who is having difficulty making sense of her surroundings. A story of dark forces, powerful emotions, and pervasive dangers takes place amid the beauty of the bucolic countryside.

  • Army Of The Dead
Premiered on May 20th on Netflix Known for his visually stunning films, Zack Snyder has created some of the most visually stunning cinema of the modern age. There are still a number of films that are dear to fans' hearts, such as 300, Watchmen, and Justice League Universe. Army of the Dead has generated great anticipation since its trailer was released, with many speculating that it is yet another visionary film. Snyder wrote the screenplay as well as directed it. A Netflix original. In Army Of The Dead, mercenaries fight against the zombie virus as it sweeps across the country. The casino heist quickly becomes a fight for survival against the undead. By creating a zombie movie reminiscent of George A. Romero, Snyder pays homage to the creator of the modern zombie genre. A classic element of Romero's Living Dead series, Snyder's film features practical effects like those used in the late director's previous movies.
